প্রিয় পাঠক আজ এই পোস্টে কথা বলবো নতুন কর্মস্থল নতুন চাকরি নিয়ে। নতুন চাকরিজিবীদের একটা বড় অংশ উদ্দীপনা এবং কৌতূহল নিয়ে নতুন কর্মক্ষেত্রে যোগদান করে, এতে অনেকই বিভিন্ন সমস্যার মুখোমুখি হতে হয়। কিছু মানুষ কর্মজিবনের এই চাপ সামলাতে না পারায় অল্পতেই আগ্রহ হারিয়ে ফেলেন। সেক্ষেত্রে হতাশা বেড়ে যায় এবং নতুন চাকরিস্থলের পরিবেশটি বেমানান মনে হতে পারে।
কাজের সুযোগ, পরিবেশ, বস বা সহকর্মীর ব্যবহার, যে কারণেই হোক না কেন, কর্মস্থলে নিজেকে মানিয়ে নিতে না পারলে হতাশা বেড়ে যেতেই পারে। আপনি যেদিন থেকে নতুন কর্মক্ষেত্রে যোগদান করবেন, সেই দিন থেকে আপনাকে কিছু কৌশল অবলম্বন করতে হবে। ক্যারিয়ার বিশেষজ্ঞরা মনে করেন যে নতুন কর্মক্ষেত্রে আপনার অবস্থানকে শক্তিশালী করার জন্য তিন থেকে ছয় মাস গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা সময়। তাই এই সময়েগুলোতে আপনাকে কিছু বিষয়ে খুব আন্তরিক হতে হবে।

নতুন কর্মস্থলে যোগদানের প্রথম দিনটিকে নিজে থেকেই স্বাগত জানান। নতুন কর্মক্ষেত্রকে আপনি প্রথম থেকেই সেরা স্থান হিসাবে বিবেচনা করুন, এবং এটিই আপনার জন্য সেরা কাজ ও শ্রেষ্ঠ পেশা মনে করুন। কারন আপনি এই প্রতিষ্ঠানে জেনে শুনেই চাকরির আবেদন করেছিলেন। অসংখ্য প্রার্থীর মাঝ থেকে নিয়োগকর্তারা আপনাকে বাছাই করেছে এবং আপনার উপর আস্থা রেখে চাকরির সুযোগ দিয়েছে। সুতরাং তাদের আস্থা ও বিশ্বাস কখনো নস্ট হতে দেয়া উচিত নয়। কর্মক্ষেত্রে সর্বক্ষণ সতেজ থাকুন সবকিছু সহজ ভাবে গ্রহণ করার চেষ্টা করুন। এমনকি যদি কোন বিষয় আপনার মতামতের বিরুদ্ধে যায় তবুও মেনে নিন। কিছুতেই বিরক্ত হওয়া যাবে না, বরং সম্মতি দিন।
কর্মক্ষেত্রে সফল হতে যোগাযোগ ও সম্পর্ক স্থাপন
কর্মক্ষেত্রে সফল হতে যে বিষয়গুলোর দিকে আপনার এনজ দেয়া উচিত এটি হলো তার মধ্যে অন্যতম। আপনি যে নতুন কর্মস্থান/প্রতিষ্ঠানে যোগদান করেছেন সে প্রতিষ্ঠানের সিনিয়র সহকর্মীসহ মানব সম্পদ, প্রশাসন, তথ্য প্রযুক্তি সহ বিভিন্ন বিভাগ ও স্তরের কর্মীদের সাথে পরিচিত হন। এর জন্য, আপনি সবচেয়ে ভাল জানেন এমন কারও কাছ থেকে সহায়তা পেতে পারেন। প্রয়োজন অনুসারে অপ্রত্যক্ষভাবে আপনার বিভাগ এবং অন্যান্য বিভাগীয় কর্মীদের ডাক নামগুলি জেনে নিন, পরিচিদ হন অফিসের সুরক্ষা প্রহরী, লিফটম্যান, পিয়ন এবং এমনকি ক্লিনারদের সাথেও এবং সবার নাম নিজের সংগ্রহে রাখুন।
নতুন কর্মস্থলে সফল হতে বিনয়ী হন
আইডি কার্ড, ডেস্ক, টেলিফোন, কম্পিউটার বিষয়ে বুজুন, কোনও সিনিয়র সহকর্মী দ্বারা ইমেল সিস্টেম, কম্পিউটার পাসওয়ার্ড, অফিস আনুষাঙ্গিক সম্পর্কে সঠিক ধারণা নিন। আপনি যা জানেন বা পারেন তা করুন, আপনার পছন্দ মতো সাজান। সবকিছু গ্রহণের পরে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগ বা সহকর্মীকে ধন্যবাদ জানাতে ভুলবেন না। প্রয়োজনে ফোন করুন এবং ধন্যবাদ দিন। প্রয়োজনীয় ফোন নম্বরগুলোর একটা তালিকা তৈরি করে রাখুন। যেন প্রয়োজন হওয়া মাত্রই তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ স্থাপন করতে পারেন।
কর্মক্ষেত্রে সফলতা এমনি এমনি আসে না
চোখ কান খোলা রাখুন এবং অফিসের সভা সেমিনারে নিজেকে যুক্ত রাখুন, আপনি সব কথা সব কিছু মাথায় রাখবেন না, সব বিষয় নিয়ে উদ্বিগ্ন হওয়ার দরকার নেই। এর কারণ, কর্মক্ষেত্রে এমন এক শ্রেণীর আধিকারিক থাকতে পারে যারা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে ঐ প্রতিষ্ঠানে কর্মরত। কাঙ্ক্ষিত পদোন্নতি না পেয়ে তারা হয়তো হতাশ। সুতরাং তারা কখনো আপনার ভালো চাইবে না, তাদের সাথে কখনো রাগান্তিত হবোন না বা প্রতিষ্ঠানে কোন দূর্বল বিষয় নিয়ে তাদের সাথে আলোচনা করবেন না। তারা সব সময় আপনাকে বিভিন্নভাবে নিরুৎসাহিত করবে। এই বিষয়গুলো এড়িয়ে চলুন সচেতনভাবে নিজেকে তাদের থেকে দূরে রাখুন। সাবধানতার সাথে কথোপকথন করুন।
কর্মক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত সময় দিন
অতিরিক্ত সময় দিন আপনি যেহেতু নতুন, তাই সুযোগটি উপলব্ধি করার জন্য আপনার সময় নেওয়া দরকার। কাজের ফাঁকে আপনি এমন সুযোগ পেতে পারেন। অন্যের সাথে সম্পর্ক গড়ে তুলতে মনোনিবেশ করুন। তাদের চা-কফি কল মিস করবেন না। আপনি যদি চান্স পান তবে আপনার নিজের উদ্যোগে আপনার সহকর্মীদের চায়ের জন্য আমন্ত্রণ করুন। মধ্যাহ্নভোজনের সময় আড্ডায় যোগ দিন। দেখবেন সম্পর্ক আরও গভীর হচ্ছে। সম্পর্ক এবং সহযোগিতা বাড়ছে। অফিসে স্টাফ গাড়ি থাকলে বাড়তি সম্পর্ক থাকতে পারে।
অফিসের সভা সেমিনারে আপনার মতামত দিন। আপনি যদি বিষয়টি সম্পর্কে আরও জানতে আগ্রহী হন তবে আমাদের জানান। প্রয়োজনে অন্যের সহযোগিতা নিন। আপনার সহকর্মীদের এই বার্তাটি প্রেরণ করুন যে আপনি সবকিছু সম্পর্কে জানতে আগ্রহী। আপনি দেখতে পাবেন যে আপনি প্রতিযোগী হবেন না, আপনি একটি সহযোগী মনোভাব পাবেন।
বসকে কর্মক্ষেত্র সম্পর্কে সমস্ত তথ্য জানান। আপনার প্রাপ্তি, অনুভূতি, ভূমিকা, কাজের ধরণ, সুযোগ, প্রতিটি ইস্যু নিয়ো আলোচনা করুন। এমনকি কোনও বিষয়ে আপনার নিজের মতভেদ থাকলেও এটিকে আলোচনার টেবিলে আনুন। তবে তা অভিযোগের সুরে উপস্থাপন করবেন না, নতুন কর্মক্ষেত্রে এই বিষয়গুলো মেনে চলুন এতে করে খুব শীঘ্রই নতুন কর্মক্ষেত্রের পরিবেশ আপনার পক্ষে চলে আসবে এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রতি আপনার মনে সৃষ্টি হবে ভালোবাসা এতে করে আপনি অগ্রসর পারবেন সফল ক্যারিয়ার গড়ার পথে।

প্রিয় পাঠক আজ এই পোস্টে কথা বলবো নতুন কর্মস্থল নতুন চাকরি নিয়ে। নতুন চাকরিজিবীদের একটা বড় অংশ উদ্দীপনা এবং কৌতূহল নিয়ে নতুন কর্মক্ষেত্রে যোগদান করে, এতে অনেকই বিভিন্ন সমস্যার মুখোমুখি হতে হয়। কিছু মানুষ কর্মজিবনের এই চাপ সামলাতে না পারায় অল্পতেই আগ্রহ হারিয়ে ফেলেন। সেক্ষেত্রে হতাশা বেড়ে যায় এবং নতুন চাকরিস্থলের পরিবেশটি বেমানান মনে হতে পারে।

কর্মক্ষেত্রে সফল হতে যোগাযোগ ও সম্পর্ক স্থাপন
কর্মক্ষেত্রে সফল হতে যে বিষয়গুলোর দিকে আপনার এনজ দেয়া উচিত এটি হলো তার মধ্যে অন্যতম। আপনি যে নতুন কর্মস্থান/প্রতিষ্ঠানে যোগদান করেছেন সে প্রতিষ্ঠানের সিনিয়র সহকর্মীসহ মানব সম্পদ, প্রশাসন, তথ্য প্রযুক্তি সহ বিভিন্ন বিভাগ ও স্তরের কর্মীদের সাথে পরিচিত হন। এর জন্য, আপনি সবচেয়ে ভাল জানেন এমন কারও কাছ থেকে সহায়তা পেতে পারেন। প্রয়োজন অনুসারে অপ্রত্যক্ষভাবে আপনার বিভাগ এবং অন্যান্য বিভাগীয় কর্মীদের ডাক নামগুলি জেনে নিন, পরিচিদ হন অফিসের সুরক্ষা প্রহরী, লিফটম্যান, পিয়ন এবং এমনকি ক্লিনারদের সাথেও এবং সবার নাম নিজের সংগ্রহে রাখুন।
নতুন কর্মস্থলে সফল হতে বিনয়ী হন
আইডি কার্ড, ডেস্ক, টেলিফোন, কম্পিউটার বিষয়ে বুজুন, কোনও সিনিয়র সহকর্মী দ্বারা ইমেল সিস্টেম, কম্পিউটার পাসওয়ার্ড, অফিস আনুষাঙ্গিক সম্পর্কে সঠিক ধারণা নিন। আপনি যা জানেন বা পারেন তা করুন, আপনার পছন্দ মতো সাজান। সবকিছু গ্রহণের পরে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগ বা সহকর্মীকে ধন্যবাদ জানাতে ভুলবেন না। প্রয়োজনে ফোন করুন এবং ধন্যবাদ দিন। প্রয়োজনীয় ফোন নম্বরগুলোর একটা তালিকা তৈরি করে রাখুন। যেন প্রয়োজন হওয়া মাত্রই তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ স্থাপন করতে পারেন।
কর্মক্ষেত্রে সফলতা এমনি এমনি আসে না
চোখ কান খোলা রাখুন এবং অফিসের সভা সেমিনারে নিজেকে যুক্ত রাখুন, আপনি সব কথা সব কিছু মাথায় রাখবেন না, সব বিষয় নিয়ে উদ্বিগ্ন হওয়ার দরকার নেই। এর কারণ, কর্মক্ষেত্রে এমন এক শ্রেণীর আধিকারিক থাকতে পারে যারা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে ঐ প্রতিষ্ঠানে কর্মরত। কাঙ্ক্ষিত পদোন্নতি না পেয়ে তারা হয়তো হতাশ। সুতরাং তারা কখনো আপনার ভালো চাইবে না, তাদের সাথে কখনো রাগান্তিত হবোন না বা প্রতিষ্ঠানে কোন দূর্বল বিষয় নিয়ে তাদের সাথে আলোচনা করবেন না। তারা সব সময় আপনাকে বিভিন্নভাবে নিরুৎসাহিত করবে। এই বিষয়গুলো এড়িয়ে চলুন সচেতনভাবে নিজেকে তাদের থেকে দূরে রাখুন। সাবধানতার সাথে কথোপকথন করুন।

অতিরিক্ত সময় দিন আপনি যেহেতু নতুন, তাই সুযোগটি উপলব্ধি করার জন্য আপনার সময় নেওয়া দরকার। কাজের ফাঁকে আপনি এমন সুযোগ পেতে পারেন। অন্যের সাথে সম্পর্ক গড়ে তুলতে মনোনিবেশ করুন। তাদের চা-কফি কল মিস করবেন না। আপনি যদি চান্স পান তবে আপনার নিজের উদ্যোগে আপনার সহকর্মীদের চায়ের জন্য আমন্ত্রণ করুন। মধ্যাহ্নভোজনের সময় আড্ডায় যোগ দিন। দেখবেন সম্পর্ক আরও গভীর হচ্ছে। সম্পর্ক এবং সহযোগিতা বাড়ছে। অফিসে স্টাফ গাড়ি থাকলে বাড়তি সম্পর্ক থাকতে পারে।
